The Ideal Event, LLC was established in 2014 as a Certified Event Planning Company serving Philadelphia and the surrounding area. All of our designs and styling are based off of our clients vision and our team creativity. We focus on designing every event exclusively to reflect the style, theme and personality of each client. Whether it is simple, elegant or a fairy tale, we will do our best to make it happen while keeping your budget in mind.  At The Ideal Event, we develop custom concept designs such as visionary inspirations and storyboards depicting unique elements for your celebration.

Meet the CEO
Khalilah started her event planning journey several years ago while hosting small celebrations for family members and friends, which then escalated to planning larger events as apart of her daily duties for work. For six years, Khalilah has planned and coordinated annual fundraisers and social events for a local health organization. After a while, Khalilah realized the passion she has for expressing her style and creativity while planning different events. This caused her to begin her own event planning company "The Ideal Event, LLC". 
 
Khalilah attended West Chester University where she received a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Health Promotion and a few years later went back to recieve her Masters Degree in Community Health. While working at a local health organization, Khalilah's background as a program coordinator gained her access to planning social and fundraising events with over 1,000+ attendees. She also shares experience in other areas of event planning such as weddings, family reunions, birthday parties, showers and more. 
 
In 2014, Khalilah began her journey as a professional event planner by creating The Ideal Event, LLC.  After establishing the company, Khalilah then became a Certified Event Planner/Event Designer from Correlations Personal & Professional Training Development, LLC. At The Ideal Event LLC, Khalilah believes every event must be as unique and memorable as the last in order to be The Ideal Event.
