The Ideal Event will assist the couple 8-10 weeks before their wedding prior to finalizing details for the wedding day. This package is for the couple who want to be the guest at their own event while enjoying a their special day.
The Ideal Plan
This package help assist couples with a vision of their own wedding day but need help pulling everything together. The Ideal Event team will assist the couple with vendor referrals & assistance, seating arrangements and ceremony rehearsal 7 months prior to finalizing details of your wedding day. This package is for the couple's who has an idea of their wedding day but need guidance in the planning process.
Our full service package is for the couple who needs complete planning from the beginning to the end. The Ideal Event will assist with wedding style and theme, budget building, stationary selection and more. This package is for the newly engaged couple who are unsure where to start but is ready to start planning for their big day.

Consultation services are available for the couple who needs to sit with an event planner to ask specific questions in the early stages of planning their wedding. We provide consulting services on a needed basis and assist with the following areas: Budget/ Designs/ Vendor Referrals/ Invitations & Stationary/ Timelines/ Seating Arragements
