Full Service
Our full service package is for the couple who needs complete planning from the beginning to the end. The Ideal Event will assist with wedding style and theme, budget building, stationary selection and more. This package is for the newly engaged couples who are unsure where to start but is ready to start planning for their big day.
Wedding Day Service

Manage set up & breakdown of ceremony and reception site decor

Collects and ensure all details and placement items for ceremony and reception are 100% in place before guest arrival

Organization of ceremony which includes seating of parents, processional, delivery of bouquets and boutonnieres and recessional

Organization of reception includes introductions of newlyweds, parents, and bridal party, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss and any other announcements requested from the bride and groom

Distribute vendors balances on the day of the wedding (if needed)
