Partial Coordination
Our Partial Wedding Package help assist couple's with a vision of their own wedding day but need help pulling everything together. The Ideal Event team will assist the couple with vendor referrals & assistance, seating arrangements and ceremony rehearsal 7 months prior to finalizing details of your wedding day. This package is for the couple's who has an idea of their wedding day but need guidance in the planning process.
Pre Planning

Design ideas with the couple about their wedding day

A total of 4 meetings with the couple to review wedding day details and designs

Budget development and/or assistance (if needed)

Unlimited availablity for questions, advice and support via email and telephone with the lead event planner

Assistance with creating seating chart and layout

Provide vendor referrals and coordinate all details with vendors including hotel stay for out of town guest

Customize wedding day timeline and itinerary for ceremony and reception

Organize ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding (2 hour max)
Wedding Day Service

Manage set up & breakdown of ceremony and reception site decor

Collects and ensure all details and placement items for ceremony and reception are 100% in place before guest arrival

Organization of cermony which includes seating of parents, precessional, delivery of bouquets and boutonnieres and resessional

Organization of reception includes introductions of newlyweds, parents, and bridal party, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss and any other announcements requested from the bride and groom

Distribute vendors balances on the day of the wedding (if needed)

Pack up and organize all personal items of the bride and groom
